Project storyboard
The first page of our story board really emphasizes the setting of the first half of the film(a teenage girls room). It starts by showing the different factors that play into our title sequence and the specific type of shots it’d be for each scene. The dialogue used in each scene is also included in each shot. The second scene drawn is meant to show the main character on the phone with her friends. Its difficult to understand without a description which is why its included in the sketch. The different shot changes as conversation continues and the placement of the camera. Additionally the facial expressions in the scene is displayed. This page ends scene two and starts the transition into scene 3 where our protagonists boyfriend comes and picks her up for their date.
The second page introduces setting two, which is outside our protagonist's house. She leaves her room and goes downstairs, then outside to her boyfriend's car. Instead of breaking down each camera angle in writing the sketch visually shows the differences in camera angles. The perspective is drawn through the appropriate camera angle. These scenes are much closer and more interactive, with a lot of dialogue, so I had to explain in more detail what's happening and each shot's purpose.
Thanks for reading. Stay tuned!!!
