I AM IRON MAN

HELLO WORLD:) I've decided to do my blog on my favorite scenes from avengers endgame

First scene: Iron man snapping his fingers with the gauntlet

Camera Angle: Close up

In this scene Iron man tricked the villain Thanos into thinking he had defeated the Avengers, when in reality he swapped the gauntlet needed to save everyone just in time. This scene made the movies emotional peak, it was meant to make the audience feel relieved and delighted at the successful outcome finally happened. The close up really allowed the audience to understand the victorious feeling portrayed on iron man's face as he snapped his fingers and stated, “I am iron man”. While watching this movie, especially for the first time I felt alleviated with positive relief. It really gave such a powerful, emotional experience. The surge of relief as the tension that has been building throughout the movie is finally released adds to the story so much as a whole.

Second scene: Battleground with all new allies

Camera Angle: Establishing Shot

In this scene the new background of all the universes coming together to fight the same villain is shown, which establishes the setting. This shot clearly allows the viewer to see the actions taking place by a multitude of people, while simultaneously showing the setting that allows them to make such actions. This scene was meant to make us, the audience, feel that victory is achievable. While watching this scene I felt hopeful that the avengers could possibly win the battle. It reversed the previously tense atmosphere into one of inspirited strength.

Third scene:

Camera Angle: extreme close up

In this scene ant man shrunk himself in order to undetectably steal the blue infinity stone. The shot was taken to show the extreme detail of captain America's arm and ant man's suit. This scene was meant to make the audience feel the suspense, and wonder if the plan would successfully be executed

Fourth scene:

Camera angle: mid shot

In this scene the superhero's were beginning to charge at the villains. Using the mid shot allows the audience to pick up on the movements and gestures of the avengers. Showing the face and partial view of the background add to the scene as a whole and allow the audience to understand the strength and effort being put into battle. This scene was meant to make the audience feel the stakes of the movie, and while watching I certainly agree.

Fifth scene:

Camera angle: full shot

In this scene the females of the avengers were joining to save Peter Parker and safely return the infinity stones to the time travel machine. Full shot was used to show the characters in relation to the battle surrounding them. This scene was meant to make the audience take note of the "woman power" shown in this scene, it adds positive tension in the atmosphere. While watching this scene I undoubtedly felt powerful, especially as a female.
